This one was a detailed custom fabrication job - stainless piping for the pump and inlet system on a liquid chemical semi trailer. That kind of work doesn't leave much room for error. You're dealing with a corrosive environment, tight fit-up requirements, and welds that absolutely have to hold. Clean execution isn't optional, it's the whole job.

Here's what the build process actually looks like from our end. The work table gets loaded up with all the raw components first - flanges, elbows, cam-lock fittings, straight pipe sections. We lay everything out, figure out the sequencing, and plan the fit-up before anything gets tacked. Getting that part right up front saves a lot of headaches later.

The stainless steel welding on this one is TIG work throughout. That's what you want on chemical service piping. TIG gives you the control to keep the heat input consistent and the weld profile tight - especially on the flange-to-pipe joints where a sloppy bead can create leak points or stress risers. Every joint got the same attention whether it was a straight run or a tight elbow transition.

The finished assemblies include flanged elbow sections, straight runs with cam-lock ends, and a reducer fitting - all built to bolt directly into the trailer's existing pump and inlet plumbing. Everything we fabricated is fully self-contained and ready to install. That's the kind of custom metal fabrication work we do regularly, whether it's a one-off piece or a full system build.

We run a fully mobile setup with a Lincoln Electric welder on the truck, which means we can bring this level of stainless welding capability to you - shop, yard, or job site. It doesn't matter where the work needs to happen.
